10 Foods That You Can Grow To Detox Your Body

Radiation is all around us. It's a natural occurrence as the Earth is heated from the sun. Radioactive isotopes have also been found in rain water in Minnesota and other states. Here are some foods you can grow in your garden that naturally help detox the body from radiation.

Pumpkin

Pumpkin is chalked full of vitamins and minerals.  It's best to cook fresh pumpkin as some canned pumpkin, like pumpkin pie mix, can have added sugar and syrup.

Wheat Grass

Wheat Grass is amazing because it stimulates the metabolism, increases red blood cell counts and help purify the blood which all help detoxify the body.
